This course is a preparatory math course for students entering the Health Science, Applied Arts and Law and Security programs. It is designed to aid students in obtaining a basic understanding of arithmetic, the S.I. Metric System, ratio and proportions, basic algebra, plane geometry and statistics. Through the exploration of applications and analysis of problem solving methods, students will develop mathematical skills.
