The Culinary Management Diploma program awards academic credit for professional on-the-job experience within a company or business that is linked to the hospitality industry. Students will experience meaningful hospitality oriented exposure through unique internships negotiated between the student, employer and faculty advisor. Some opportunities to complete internship hours will be offered on campus, and others will be out in the community through fund raising partnerships.
