Students will continue to build upon the practical and theoretical knowledge gained in Baking and Pastry Arts Level I. Preparing, finishing and presenting a variety of mixes will be an integral part of the course. Students will gain a deeper understanding of the principles required for baking and pastry work. Throughout this course, students will continue to improve upon the use of baking and pastry terminology, ingredients and mixing techniques., Practical skills will be demonstrated through extensive production of pastry, baked goods and theoretical examinations.
