This course reinforces the foundations for college level reading and writing expectations. Emphasis is placed on the application of analytical thinking and written communication in response to various forms of text from a wide variety of disciplines. Stylistic, structural and grammatical components will be assessed through culinary themed exercises, with reading and writing assignments.
