As a continuation of Pattern Drafting 3, students will progress with building their pattern drafting skills. The course will focus on pattern development and grading for knit fabrications as well as introducing grading for alpha sizing and for variations on bodices and sleeves. Emphasis throughout the course will be placed on current industry practices and upon standardizing and achieving a proper fit. Students will create their own mini collection for which they will draft the patterns and make fit adjustments. At completion of FAS 407, students will have gained the knowledge and skills to develop fully graded, production-ready patterns
