ENM 137 is an introductory course in ANSI C. The following topics will be studied:, the concepts of proper programming; the basic syntax for outputting to the monitor display and inputting from the keyboard; introduction to user defined functions; passing parameters from one function to another; types of constants and variables; the study of various simple programs which exemplify numerical processing; the concept of pointers, strings and string manipulation; printing formats; file processing.
