This course will introduce the student to electrical and pneumatic control components and systems through a combination of theoretical and practical methods. The topics covered will include sensors, actuators, D.C. and A.C motors and pneumatic cylinders. The application and programming of Programmable logic contollers for discrete and linear systems.
