This course continues the analysis stream by introducing the students to semiconductor devices, with a focus to power and industrial electronic devices. Topics covered are PN junction diodes, power rectifier circuit analysis, diode switching, bipolar junction transistor (BJT) fundamentals, BJT switching, relays, photo sensors and diode temperature and resistive sensors .
