This course provides the opportunity to develop and practise personal and professional proficiency. The focus will be on skills and attitudes needed to work collaboratively with a team in a diverse educational environment. Students will demonstrate knowledge of effective team building, professional ethics and confidentiality in relating to school personnel, parents and community. Professional resumes and portfolios will be developed in preparation for the practicum.
