This course will provide an overview if the medications employed in the routine practice of dentistry and in, emergency patient management. Topics include the development drugs; pharmacokinetics; pharmacodynamic principles of a drug action; mechanisms of action of various drugs, their dental and medical uses, adverse effects and implications to the dental patient management.
