This general education course explores elements related to the meaning, history and organization of work referenced to construction projects. Systematic methods and techniques to improve organization operations in projects are identified. The organization and structure of work and related documentation as well as quality control issues are discussed., An awareness and understanding of process and managerial obligations in the management of people and projects will help students visualize the rationale in work scenarios.
