This course explores elements related to managing engineering and construction projects from the conceptual phase through construction to completion. Relationships, contractual obligations, and documentation exchange between the groups involved in construction projects will be explored. The necessity of organizing and scheduling projects will be studied. Related topics in the Construction Lien Act will also be studied. An oral presentation will be required.
