This practical course involves the safe use of hand, measurement and layout tools. Students participate in several site exercises; basic framing exercises will also be completed. Students will remove previous installed components (drywall) and install new components (hang doors) and perform many of the duties of a carpenter. In addition, exterior finish such as siding, soffit, and fascia are examined.
