This course introduces basic facials with facial massage. Instruction is given on towel steaming and the application and removal of a cotton compress mask. Students will study the nerves of the face and scalp and how they are affected by massage. Instruction is also given on light therapy and how it affects the skin. The laws governing the manufacturing of cosmetics is also studied.
