This course is designed to develop knowledge and understanding of the role of environmental laws and their impact on our society. The course will examine how environmental legislation affects our lives as individuals, our economy, industries, health, and the environment. Federal, provincial, and municipal environmental legislation and bylaws will be compared to legislation on a global scale.
