Organizational Behaviour

An examination of group dynamics, leadership, morale, communication, and organizational behaviour as it affects productivity in a business enterprise. Focus will be on the importance of day to day relationships, especially those in the workplace including personality assessment and the effects of politics in the workplace. Organizational change methodologies as they apply to individual and group dynamics will be examined. The effects of corporate culture will be examined as it relates to a productive business setting.
