This course prepares students to apply import/export procedures and regulations from the point of view of the private sector. The students explore the role of the importer, exporter, customs broker, Canada Border Services Agency and how the requirements and regulations of various other government agencies affect the importing and exporting of goods. This course demonstrates the working partnership between the public sector and Canada Border Services Agency.
