Baking is further explored by student's knowledge of the basic ingredients and basic methodologies to understand more advanced techniques methodologies and principals used in the baking industry. An understanding of the complex knowledge of bakery techniques, methodologies and formulas will prepare the student for the critical thinking necessary. This course also offers the student hands on opportunity to integrate communication skills and team building skills. This course is focused on ingredients and proper mixing processes along with decorating of cakes.
