This course is designed to build upon the student's basic skills, and introduce them to the advanced fundamentals of baking and pastry through a series of demonstrations and practical laboratories in directed classes. Each student will produce a variety of baked goods continuing to build their foundation of essential skills, knowledge and the disciplines necessary to compete in today's industry.
