This course provides an overview of ethical issues that may arise for biomedical engineering technologists. Students will be exposed to issues arising from patient confidentiality, as well as how to deal with confidentiality between various health care institutions. Students will also examine the ethics of their work and how the quality of their work can effect patient health.
