Lean is an operating culture with many tools to be utilized. The purpose of this course is to provide students with the fundamentals behind lean culture in the workplace, lean systems and lean analysis. This course will prepare students for participation in lean six sigma projects/processes as well as allow them to explore the analysis and theory behind lean six sigma. Students will learn various yellow belt techniques and analyze case studies.
