Biomedical Engineering Statics

This course will provide the biomedical engineering technology student with the fundamental knowledge and skills to apply statics principles to biomedical devices, instruments, and equipment. Topics include: force, moments, equilibrium, friction, centroids, and moment of inertia. The laboratory will consist of a project which will allow the student to apply statics principles in the biomedical field.
