Digital Systems I

This course introduces the student to the principles of digital electronics. Topics include the application of numbering systems, Boolean concepts, logic gates, logic circuits, and integrated circuits. Practical applications of digital electronics will be covered through utilization of laboratory equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, function generators, and oscilloscopes, as well as software applications.
