This course explores the techniques and develops the skills necessary for, the student to plan and execute a series of renovation and remodeling procedures to upgrade, change or restore the interior or exterior of an existing home. This includes the installation of doors, windows, insulation, siding, roofing, flooring and drywall. Light carpentry, such as basic wall, roof and floor systems will also be explored to facilitate proper repair and alteration to existing structure.
