Consideration of the fundamental aspects of democracy such as the rule of law, good government and human rights with an in-depth analysis of the Canadian Constitution, Charter of Rights and Freedoms and human rights legislation. A multidisciplinary approach will be taken with an emphasis on legal, social and political perspectives.
