A review of fundamental aspects of legal research and writing, this course will explore research methods and online tools to identify and locate applicable laws and other sources. Also considered are legal writing principles required for legal publication and for the legal profession. Lastly, there will be an emphasis on legal analysis, application of the law and remedies.
