This course is a study of basic hydraulic braking systems used in medium trucks, and school buses. Laboratory sessions involve on-vehicle brake inspecting and servicing of components. Basic inspection of suspension and steering systems for proper safe operations is an integral part of ensuring a vehicle will stop safely and in a controlled manner is essential for proper bake operation., Oxy-Acetylene heating, cutting and welding will be discussed in an in-depth manner. Each student shall receive1 hour of welding instruction per week.
