Field Placement

This is a six-week block placement, including one week of seminars for the students to reflect upon and share their experiences. Students will be expected to demonstrate appropriate professional behavior while working under the direct supervision of the on-site host interpreter. Students will have the opportunity to interpret in actual and mock situations as well as participate in the day-to-day operations within the field of interpreting.
