Effective Presentation Skills

This course introduces the role of the communication process in everyday business and in the field of interpreting. Through practice of public speaking skills, students develop their effective public speaking styles in English and ASL. Students will also increase their knowledge of presentation styles which will assist later when developing strategies for interpreting public monologues, dialogues and presentations. Both ASL and English will be utilized and evaluated in this course.
