This course is a continuation of the applications and principles acquired in Estimating and Specifications. The student is introduced to Specifications and Contract Building Law. Students are challenged with the analysis of Construction Law as it relates to the construction process. Legal issues that arise in the bidding process and contract administration are discussed., This is a comprehensive look at the construction industry and value of construction contracts from a practical non-legal framework.
