This course consists of an architectural design project that incorporates the principles of planning, urban design and landscape through integrating a built-environment into the fabric of the city. Students will present design solutions and produce construction drawings for the project. Emphasis is placed on refinement of design and construction for a given structure. The course also integrates site development, legal constraints and building code requirements, building systems, and structural system studies for the design of the building.
