This course consists of simulating architecture/design office conditions. Students will produce a set of design and construction drawings under the supervision of a project manager. Emphasis is placed on re-use of an existing building and redesign for an addition to the building. This course also integrates refinement of site development, building system studies, including the coordination of structural system, building services and fulfilling legal requirements in order to obtain a building permit.
