This course introduces the student to the evolution, opportunities and challenges presented by the new interactive digital media; along with the pros and cons of the Internet as an advertising medium. Students will study Internet audiences and the challenges involved in measuring methods of selling such will be covered in detail. Finally, using the Internet as a component of an Integrated Marketing Plan will be discussed and several examples will be presented to the student along with practical assignments.
