In this first of five Master Certificate learning modules delivered sequentially by Atocrates for St. Clair College, you will gain fundamental knowledge of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing projects, and more importantly, the often complicated environment in which these efforts are performed. You will develop an understanding of the traditional and modern adaptive methods for managing projects.

Content of all MCPM+T modules will be delivered in compliance with PMI®'s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge® (PMBOK®), as well as, supporting standards for Requirements Engineering & Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Development.

Module #1 content will be delivered through a combination of lectures, discussions, supporting videos, hands-on activities, and tests. Each student, based on weekly session learnings, will develop a large self-explanatory Poster, and finally at module end, display and present to the class with supporting documentation to justify and defend it, making this a comprehensive and fulfilling learning experience.
