Supervisory Development | St. Clair College

This course provides the student with an overview of the purpose and responsibilities of a supervisor in today's work environment. In response to changes at work, people may be called upon to serve as a supervisor. Accountable for the work of their subordinates, all supervisors must assign, monitor and evaluate performance, and provide feedback, training and support. This course provides a foundation for the student to develop from a competent employee to an effective manager.
