The Physical Readiness Evaluation For Police (PREP) Practice Session | St. Clair College

The Physical Readiness Evaluation for Police (PREP) Practice Session is designed to introduce Police Constable Applicants to the PREP test. PREP is a Bona Fide Occupational Requirement designed to assess an individual's ability to perform the duties of a police officer in Ontario. Successful completion of the PREP is a requirement for the Constable Selection System for the Ontario Provincial Police and many municipal police departments throughout Ontario. The PREP Practice Session will introduce applicants and provide hands-on experience and instruction for PREP's two occupational screening tests: 1) The PARE Pursuit Restraint Circuit, 2) The 20 Meter Aerobic Shuttle Run.
