Culinary Tasting Workshop Series: Vegetarian Flair | St. Clair College

In this workshop, participants will learn how preparing meals can be fun and easy through an interactive, team approach. Our certified chef will demonstrate preparation of the meal, while you enjoy sampling the food with a fresh mocktail. Participants will be provided samples to take home.

Spring: This workshop will focus on the preparation of the following items: Buffalo Cauliflower Bites, Briam (Grilled Vegetable Casserole), Peach Cobbler.

Fall: This workshop will focus on the preparation of the following items: Green Smoothie Mocktail, Smoked Eggplant Puree with Pita, Ratatouille, Grilled Peaches with Mascarpone and Lemon.
