Students will have a unique opportunity to gain shared cultural understanding of various cultural and diverse populations. They will explore and learn about their own culture in a way which allows a broader acceptance of others. This is facilitated through a blend of delivery methods such as lectures, videos, discussion and cultural exploration projects. Focus will be on a variety of cultural topics such as multiculturalism, race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity and more specific focus on language, traditions and norms of various groups/populations.
