High School Marketing Competition at St. Clair College: A Resounding Success
On May 28th, St. Clair College hosted the High School Marketing Competition (HSMC), a highly successful event modeled after the Ontario Colleges' Marketing Competition (OCMC), which St. Clair College Marketing students attend annually. This event offered high school students a unique glimpse into the life of a St. Clair Marketing student and aimed to increase domestic applications to the college's esteemed Business Marketing programs.
Community Impact
Twenty high school students, organized into six teams from four local high schools, competed in the event. The competition was supported by 18 current Business Marketing students from first, second, and third years, as well as some alumni who returned to assist.
A Collaborative Effort
The event was led by St. Clair College Marketing Coordinator Justina Ciarlariello, in partnership with the SRC Marketing Club, the Recruitment Office and the Greater Essex County Public School Board.

Looking Ahead
St. Clair College is set to host the Ontario Colleges' Marketing Competition (OCMC) on November 14 and 15 at the Centre for the Arts. This event promises to be an outstanding experiential learning opportunity, bringing together 250 of the province's top marketing students and drawing an expected 400 guests to the downtown core.
