In an effort to provide our Pharmacy Technician Student Club with real-world insights and practical skills, a recent session welcomed a guest speaker who brought in a demonstration of diabetic meters.
This interactive experience aimed to deepen the students' understanding of diabetes management and empower them with the knowledge and tools required for their future roles in the healthcare field. They delved into the significance of diabetic meters in monitoring blood glucose levels, highlighting one of the crucial roles pharmacy technicians play in educating patients on the proper use of these devices.
