It is easy to forget that meaningful change and self-improvement rarely takes place overnight, and often happens when we challenge ourselves and deal with our “Big But” – the objection in your head that keeps you from taking the next step. Trainees will discover the importance of incremental goal-setting to attain goals in a step-wise manner. Workshop 3 hours.
