Identifying and Managing Culturally Toxic People (CTPs) in the Workplace

Do you have toxic people in your workplace?  In this session, you will learn detecting indicators of Culturally Toxic People in the workplace. You will explore the Do’s and Don’ts for working with CTPs for workplace management and techniques for communicating with, dealing with, and managing CTPs.  Training topics covered include:  The Dark Tetrad and Attachment Styles: Their Impact on Power Relations, Culturally Toxic People:  Managing and mitigating this form of workplace toxicity and Behaviour Managing CTPs in the workplace.
