Saints athletes recognized for academic achievements

St. Clair College varsity athletes have been recognized by the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association for their academic achievements.

Fourty-seven of the College's student athletes have won the OCAA All-Academic Award for the Fall 2019 semester.

This prestigious award is presented by the OCAA to full-time varsity student athletes who meet honours standards at their respective institutions.

For the Saints, an astounding one-third of its varsity athletes are being recognized.

“We are thrilled with the continued high level of academic success our student athletes achieve," said Christina Gatto, St. Clair's Director of Athletics and Recreation. "This achievement highlights their commitment to balancing both their studies and athletic endeavors at St. Clair and we will continue to focus on academic achievement and graduation as the ultimate goal for our student athletes."
