In this, the third learning module in the Master Certificate you will review the basics about the project management discipline, including Project Selection. You will also review highlights of the subject matter from both previous models. Primary focus will be on Scope and Quality, Risk and Procurement, Resources and Communications, Schedule and Cost. This focus will serve to prepare you to successfully complete the MCPM+T Program's Capstone Simulation case study in the final learning module.

You will produce the required Project Charter, Requirements Management Plan, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Quality Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) Chart, Communications Management Plan, Schedule Management Plan and Cost Management Plan. You will design, get approved develop, test, and demonstrate a specific product for stakeholders. You will calculate project status, produce Phase End Actuals versus Planned, issue a Forecast and do a Project Closeout containing Schedule and Cost Variances and Schedule and Cost Performance Indexes. You will make a PowerPoint presentation detailing your case study's Approach Taken, Challenges Faced, Achievements Gained, Lessons Learned and Value Added.

Content of all MCPM+T modules will be delivered in compliance with PMI®'s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge® (PMBOK®), as well as, supporting standards for Requirements Engineering & Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Development.
