This Graduate Certificate course will provide students with insight into theories and research regarding the factors that influence worker behaviour in organizations. Students will learn how organizational structure and leadership impacts employee motivation, communication processes and conflict resolution and how these factors collectively impact organizational change. The study of group dynamics in organizational settings will be integrated into the classroom learning environment.
