Chef Faculty Wins Ice Sculpture Competition

St. Clair College's Culinary Skills- Chef Faculty Marc Johnston and Mike Jimmerfield captured Colio Estate Winery's 9th Annual Festival of Ice competition "People's Choice" Award. The team's sculpture named "Steelers Valentine" took 3 blocks of ice and 3 hours to create. Johnston is well known in the community for his expertise in ice carving and has more than five awards to his credit and has been creating masterful pieces of ice art for more than eight years.
Johnston, a Certified Chef de Cuisine and Jimmerfield both teach in the Culinary Skills- Chef program.
