There are a variety of housing options arranged by St. Clair College for our international students. There are college arranged on-campus and off- campus residence as well as off-campus privately operated listings. International students living in Windsor or Chatham-Kent Ontario should be prepared to spend approximately $10,000-$12,000 in living expenses per year, this includes monthly rent for on or off campus options.
